This website is operated by VynoraSoft. We build software, websites, hosting, ready-made systems, and hardware services. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through www.vynorasoft.com.
For privacy questions, email [email protected]. This page covers the public website only — not systems we later build or host for a client under a separate contract.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer an inquiry and keep the site usable.
- Contact form: full name, work email, the service you select, and your message. We do not add you to the newsletter from this form.
- Newsletter (only if you subscribe): your email address, language preference, subscription status, and short-lived confirmation tokens.
- Security checks: a one-time visual verification code, and a short-lived token that proves the code was solved. We do not use Google reCAPTCHA or similar third-party widgets.
- Technical data: your IP address is used only to limit repeated form and verification requests (rate limiting).
- Language preference: a cookie named vynora_lang stores English or Arabic for about one year so the site stays in the language you chose.
We do not ask for payment details, national ID, or passwords on this website. A hidden anti-spam field may be present; humans should leave it empty.
How we use information
We use contact details to reply to your request, understand which service you need, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form, and we do not sell or rent your information.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email only to send that newsletter and related confirmation or preference messages. We send a confirmation link first (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe or delete the record yourself.
Legal bases we rely on (where those laws apply) are: taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interest in running a secure website, your consent when you subscribe to the newsletter, and your consent when you choose a language cookie.
Cookies
This site uses one essential preference cookie: vynora_lang. It is first-party, not used for advertising, and is not required to read the site — only to remember your language after you switch it.
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or social-media pixels. You can delete cookies in your browser; the language may then reset to the default.
Sharing and processors
Inquiry emails are sent to [email protected] through the website hosting mail service. Hosting and mail infrastructure may process that message so it can be delivered.
We do not load third-party tracking scripts on this site. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the site against abuse.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any related follow-up, then deleted or archived according to our working files.
- Rate-limit records: about one hour, then they expire.
- Captcha tokens: about ten minutes, and each successful code can be used only once.
- Language cookie: up to one year, or until you delete it.
- Newsletter: while you stay subscribed, or until you unsubscribe or delete the record. Confirmation tokens expire in 48 hours; deletion tokens in 24 hours.
Newsletter and your choices
The newsletter is optional and separate from the contact form. Subscribe from the site footer. We will not start sending until you confirm the link in your inbox.
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also open the unsubscribe page and ask us to email a fresh link. Unsubscribing stops the letters; deleting your data removes the subscriber record.

- Delete subscriber data: vynorasoft.com/my-data.php — we email a verification link first, and nothing is deleted until you confirm.
We do not sell, rent, or share the newsletter list with advertisers. Hosting mail infrastructure may process the message so it can be delivered.
Security
We use HTTPS, a CSRF check on the form, a self-hosted captcha, and request limits. No security measure is perfect; please avoid sending secrets or highly sensitive documents through the public form.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you from this website, or to limit how we use it. For the newsletter you can unsubscribe or delete the subscriber record yourself. For anything else, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are in a region with additional rights (for example the EU/EEA, UK, or similar frameworks), you may also have the right to object, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
This website is aimed at organizations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.
International access
The site is available worldwide. Hosting and email may be processed on servers outside your country. By using the site or sending a message, you understand that your information may be handled in those locations under this policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when our practices or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means the new text applies to later visits and new messages.
